# AML/CTF for NSW buyer's agents, run for you each month

AUSTRAC's real estate guidance lists brokering by seller's and buyer's agents as a designated service. We run the monthly routine. You make the calls and sign.

## What a client file looks like

You take on a new buyer to find and secure a property. You send us one short form with the client's details. We identify them and anyone they buy through, screen for sanctions and PEPs, rate the risk using your risk assessment, and put a one-page review card together. You see it in your monthly pack.

- Write your risk assessment and policies from your own intake
- Check each new client and the people behind companies and trusts
- Screen for sanctions and PEPs, and re-screen existing clients
- Keep your training records and deadline calendar
- Prepare the monthly pack, and draft any report for you to review and lodge

### You do

- Stay your own compliance officer
- Hold your AUSTRAC enrolment
- Review and lodge every report to AUSTRAC
- Tell us when your business changes
- Review and sign the monthly pack

## Fees

Three tiers from \$290 a month, ex GST, with the full table on the [home page](https://plainaml.com.au/#fees). Founding firms (the first 10) pay \$0 setup and go month to month. Standard terms are \$490 setup and a 3-month initial term.
