# AML/CTF for NSW conveyancers, run for you each month

Property transfers bring new clients, and often companies or trusts buying property, all through the month. You send us each new matter. We do the checks and paperwork. You review and sign.

## What a client file looks like

A buyer is purchasing through a company. You send us one short form with the entity and the people behind it. We identify the people who own or control it, screen them for sanctions and PEPs, rate the risk using your risk assessment, and put a one-page review card together. You see it in your monthly pack.

- Write your risk assessment and policies from your own intake
- Check each new client and the people behind companies and trusts
- Screen for sanctions and PEPs, and re-screen existing clients
- Keep your training records and deadline calendar
- Prepare the monthly pack, and draft any report for you to review and lodge

### You do

- Stay your own compliance officer
- Hold your AUSTRAC enrolment
- Review and lodge every report to AUSTRAC
- Tell us when your business changes
- Review and sign the monthly pack

## Fees

Three tiers from \$290 a month, ex GST, with the full table on the [home page](https://plainaml.com.au/#fees). Founding firms (the first 10) pay \$0 setup and go month to month. Standard terms are \$490 setup and a 3-month initial term.
