You trust us with details about your clients. Here is what we commit to.

## Identity documents

- Identity documents go from your client straight to the identity-checking service. They don't pass through us, and we don't ask for them by email.
- Identity documents are never given to an AI tool.

## How we look after what we hold

- Multi-factor sign-in on every account we use for your work.
- Encrypted laptop and phone.

## If something goes wrong

If a data breach affects your clients' details, we tell you within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.
